Delivery & Returns

Your Marianne's PLATE will be posted first class Royal Mail or UPS depending on amount ordered and should be with you within 3 working days. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact us via email or phone quoting your order number and date of purchase so we can deal with your query.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and people wishing to place bulk orders please contact us directly. 

In some countries, duty will be attached to the product on doorstep delivery. The amount of money (percentage) is beyond our control as each country adheres to its own laws.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

We hope that you will be happy with your Marianne's PLATE.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please send a note with your name and order number, or a copy of the original invoice.

Unfortunately the original p&p paid will not be refundable unless the item was damaged upon delivery. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.

A full refund will be issued within 7 working days of receipt.
